I am dedicated to using evidence-based practice whilst also individualising my therapeutic work. A skills-based approach to psychotherapy is important to me, as it allows people to adopt practical skills which they can implement long-term. Working with people to help them understand what might be underlying and maintaining their difficulties is also a priority for me.

I work with adults and adolescents on a variety of difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety, depression and other mood disorders

  • Personality disorders

  • Chronic pain

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder

  • Trauma

  • Eating disorders

  • Stress management

I completed my clinical training at Curtin University after completing my undergraduate studies at the University of Western Australia. I work using various evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Metacognitive Therapy, and mindfulness-informed practice. I have experience in public and private settings, across community and inpatient locations. Outside of my work with Wisdom Health I work at an inpatient facility for the WA Health Department. I am registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and am currently practicing as a Clinical Psychology Registrar. I am available fortnightly on Mondays at Wisdom Health in West Perth.
