I started my psychology training in Ireland where I worked in a primary care service for adults presenting with mild to moderate mental health issues. I also spent time working as an ABA therapist in an Autism unit for children and have a special interest in behavioural interventions.
Since moving to Australia, I completed additional supervisory practice in a specialised program for young people identified as at risk for mental health concerns.  I am fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority.

I believe in creating a warm, respectful, and collaborative approach to my work. I am passionate about empowering others to live happy and healthy lives, I enjoy working with clients of all ages and have experience with mood and anxiety-based disorders such as Depression, Generalised Anxiety and Panic Disorder. I also enjoy working with individuals experiencing pain and trauma as well as stress management and relationship issues. To best support my clients, I believe in using a tailored and evidence-based approach using a range of therapeutic techniques. My treatment modalities include Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills. I also have a special interest in Existentialism, Schema Therapy and Positive Psychology.

In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, open water swimming and learning to surf.

I am currently available on Fridays. In addition to private practice, I work in employment services providing psychological support for people returning to work after a mental and/or physical health crisis.
